Topics include seller concessions, closing timelines, VA property requirements, the VA Escape Clause, Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and key VA guidelines that commonly impact contracts. Realtors leave with a stronger understanding of how to structure and navigate VA transactions smoothly while better serving veteran and active-duty clients.
