Understanding of required disclosures and buyers rights in Arizona. It is key to keep you your clients well-informed about these disclosures and have a good sense of red flag awareness. The more we educate our clients the smoother their real estate journey is.

This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.

Protect your transaction by recognizing red flags in the loan process. This course covers the life cycle of the financial aspect of the transaction. From navigating the process from pre-qualification through close of escrow, agents will be able to interact with lenders with confidence and convey information to the client.

All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

This course will explore the demographics of today’s sellers so that the agent can better understand their clients who may be looking to sell. This course will allow the agent to become familiar with the market and seller attitudes toward the market as a whole. We will also examine the types and contents of a listing agreement and the process in place when listing a property. Upon completion of this course, the agent will understand the value and benefit to the seller that pricing a property can bring.
