This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.

Protect your transaction by recognizing red flags in the loan process. This course covers the life cycle of the financial aspect of the transaction. From navigating the process from pre-qualification through close of escrow, agents will be able to interact with lenders with confidence and convey information to the client.

This course is an overview of REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR®), the nation’s largest property database, exclusively for REALTORS®. This introductory course will demonstrate the basics of RPR®, from creating your account to navigating the database. We will outline various features of RPR® that can be used to better serve your clients and differentiate yourself from the competition.
The Arizona Department of Real Estate is enforcing the updated Fingerprint Clearance Card requirement as part of the license renewal process. As such, the requirement timeframe will coincide with the real estate license. To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.
