Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.

This course will explore the various Fair Housing violations agents experience within their advertisements and ways to avoid them. We will apply the Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices, in person and on social media. The Arizona Department of Real Estate is enforcing the updated Fingerprint Clearance Card requirement as part of the license renewal process. As such, the requirement timeframe will coincide with the real estate license. To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

Full-Service Non-IVP Fingerprinting
• Cost: $109 per applicant
(Includes the $67 AZDPS fee, fingerprint capture, postage, and handling)
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card
(Personal or counter checks are not accepted)

Process
• The applicant will complete a paper application provided by Arizona Livescan.
• Arizona Livescan will capture the applicant’s fingerprints.
• Arizona Livescan will submit the completed application and fingerprints to AZDPS, along with a $67 money order payable to AZDPS.
