1. Zoom platform will be utilized for the course delivery If you don’t have a Zoom account, we suggest you sign up for the free version at One platform to connect | Zoom .

2. Students are responsible for the performance of their own technology including audio volume, video clarity, and reliable internet connection.

3. Students must check in for class 15 minutes prior to the start time. Checking in for class after the start time may result in refusal of attendance.

4. Students must be visible on camera AT ALL TIMES to receive class credit. Students may not “step away” from the camera for any reason or darken their screen. If an emergency arises, please use the “Chat” feature to privately notify the instructor or monitor of your situation.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate is enforcing the updated Fingerprint Clearance Card requirement as part of the license renewal process. As such, the requirement timeframe will coincide with the real estate license. To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

To assist with your Arizona real estate license renewal, we have partnered with Arizona Livescan and are now offering fingerprinting appointments. Please select an available date and time to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Know Before You Go:
• Must bring Government issued ID
(Valid US Drivers License, State ID Card, US Passport or foreign Passport with valid US Visa)

Full-Service Non-IVP Fingerprinting
• Cost: $109 per applicant
(Includes the $67 AZDPS fee, fingerprint capture, postage, and handling)
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card
(Personal or counter checks are not accepted)

Process
• The applicant will complete a paper application provided by Arizona Livescan.
• Arizona Livescan will capture the applicant’s fingerprints.
• Arizona Livescan will submit the completed application and fingerprints to AZDPS, along with a $67 money order payable to AZDPS.
