This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. This course meets the standards for the NAR® Ethics- Cycle Eight requirement

The Arizona Department of Real Estate is enforcing the updated Fingerprint Clearance Card requirement as part of the license renewal process. As such, the requirement timeframe will coincide with the real estate license. To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

(Includes the $67 AZDPS fee, fingerprint capture, postage, and handling)
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card
(Personal or counter checks are not accepted)
Process
• The applicant will complete a paper application provided by Arizona Livescan.
• Arizona Livescan will capture the applicant’s fingerprints.
• Arizona Livescan will submit the completed application and fingerprints to AZDPS, along with a $67 money order payable to AZDPS.
