Per the Arizona Department of Real Estate, designated brokers and delegated associate brokers are required to complete 9 hours of Broker Management Clinics. This course will satisfy 3 of the 9 hours. Attendees will learn about:
- Broker Policy Development
- Establishment of broker policies
- Practical application enforcing

REALTORS® Property Resource: Using RPR to Better Serve Buyers & Sellers

This in-depth analysis of the data provided by REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) will review several features including Comp Analysis, Searching Distressed Properties, Mapping Tools, Market Activity Reports, Neighborhood Reports, Investor Tools, Valuing Home Improvements and more. This course will illustrate the importance of using RPR in your business, so that you can differentiate yourself from the competition and provide knowledge to your clients.
CE hours: 3 Fair Housing
Upon completion of this course, you will understand the importance and history of federal Fair Housing and be able to identify protected classes under the Fair Housing Law. This course will review the various Fair Housing exemptions and discuss how the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enforces the Federal Fair Housing Act. Finally, we will explore previous Fair Housing violations and discuss ways to avoid these violations in the future.
CE hours: 3 General Real Estate Credit
Get back to the basics of real estate. This course will help you overcome the common challenges in today’s market, such as: interest rates, unlocking inventory, and inspection issues. We will cover the preapproval process and offer questions to ask when representing your buyers and sellers.

This course meets the standards for the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Requirement, Cycle 7. We will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.
Note: The Code of Ethics renewal has moved from a 2-year to a 3-year requirement; Cycle 7 began in 2022 and ends in 2024.
