To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

We have partnered with Arizona Livescan and are now offering fingerprinting appointments. Please select an available date and time to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Know Before You Go:
• Must bring Government issued ID
(Valid US Drivers License, State ID Card, US Passport or foreign Passport with valid US Visa)

Full-Service Non-IVP Fingerprinting
• Cost: $109 per applicant
(Includes the $67 AZDPS fee, fingerprint capture, postage, and handling)
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card
(Personal or counter checks are not accepted)

Process
• The applicant will complete a paper application provided by Arizona Livescan.
• Arizona Livescan will capture the applicant’s fingerprints.
• Arizona Livescan will submit the completed application and fingerprints to AZDPS, along with a $67 money order payable to AZDPS.

This class will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of agency relationships with your buyer, focusing on buyer representation, employment agreements, and effective communication of the buying process. You will learn essential strategies to protect your buyers and ensure they are well informed throughout their property search and purchase in proper financing, disclosures and statues.

The course also delves into practical aspects of real estate investment such as analyzing property expenses, weighing the pros and cons of property management, and exploring various financing strategies. By the end, agents will be able to apply these skills to identify profitable investments, manage investment risks, and optimize their investment portfolio over time.

Real estate is a business based on relationships. Understanding how to adapt your communications style to all buyers and sellers and deliver a professional presentation is imperative.
This one-day course will cover strategic steps to improve your communication skills, assess buyer and seller needs and overcome all forms of objections. There is no exam required for this class.
