Advanced Broker Management Clinic #2 – Policies & Procedures

  • Explore suggested policies addressing top issues in Arizona including agency, federal issues, RESPA, anti-trust, do not call and conflict resolution.
  • Examine ADRE regulations regarding advertising and marketing, use of trade name and branding.
  • Identify key components of well written office policies to minimize risk and clarify interpretation to better provide a clear understanding and expectations of licensees under the supervision of a broker (R4-28-1103)
  • Review general office operations and processes and discuss how they are addressed.

  • Identify the duties of a broker as required by the ADRE Commissioner’s rules.
  • Describe the general requirements of the broker employment agreements, who is responsible for supervision and what the consequences for failing to supervise are.
  • Describe how agency relationships will be handled and what the standard of care will be.
  • Identify risks associated with different types of agency relationships.
  • Examine the audit process and review ADRE requirements.

This course will explore the various Fair Housing violations agents experience within their advertisements and ways to avoid them. We will apply the  Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices, in person and on social media. Finally, we will examine the fundamentals of lead generation tools and systems agents can use to grow their database.
