We will also examine examples of Federal Fair Housing complaints and discuss Federal Fair Housing initiatives and resources.

  • Explore suggested policies addressing top issues in Arizona including agency, federal issues, RESPA, anti-trust, do not call and conflict resolution.
  • Examine ADRE regulations regarding advertising and marketing, use of trade name and branding.
  • Identify key components of well written office policies to minimize risk and clarify interpretation to better provide a clear understanding and expectations of licensees under the supervision of a broker (R4-28-1103)

  • Identify the duties of a broker as required by the ADRE Commissioner’s rules.
  • Describe the general requirements of the broker employment agreements, who is responsible for supervision and what the consequences for failing to supervise are.
  • Describe how agency relationships will be handled and what the standard of care will be.
  • Identify risks associated with different types of agency relationships.
