Advanced Broker Management Clinic #3 – Supervision

  • Identify the duties of a broker as required by the ADRE Commissioner’s rules.
  • Describe the general requirements of the broker employment agreements, who is responsible for supervision and what the consequences for failing to supervise are.
  • Describe how agency relationships will be handled and what the standard of care will be.
  • Identify risks associated with different types of agency relationships.
  • Examine the audit process and review ADRE requirements.
