Participants will learn to ask critical questions before making any investment, utilize essential financial metrics and formulas to evaluate investment opportunities, and understand the tax implications of their investment decisions. The course also delves into practical aspects of real estate investment such as analyzing property expenses, weighing the pros and cons of property management, and exploring various financing strategies. By the end, agents will be able to apply these skills to identify profitable investments, manage investment risks, and optimize their investment portfolio over time.

This one-day course will cover strategic steps to improve your communication skills, assess buyer and seller needs and overcome all forms of objections. There is no exam required for this class.
