Advanced Broker Management Clinic #3 – Supervision
- Identify the duties of a broker as required by the ADRE Commissioner’s rules.
- Describe the general requirements of the broker employment agreements, who is responsible for supervision and what the consequences for failing to supervise are.
- Describe how agency relationships will be handled and what the standard of care will be.
- Identify risks associated with different types of agency relationships.
- Examine the audit process and review ADRE requirements.

To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.
We have partnered with Arizona Livescan and are now offering fingerprinting appointments. Please select an available date and time to reserve your appointment.

Process
• The applicant will complete a paper application provided by Arizona Livescan.
• Arizona Livescan will capture the applicant’s fingerprints.
• Arizona Livescan will submit the completed application and fingerprints to AZDPS, along with a $67 money order payable to AZDPS.
