To ensure public safety and protect real estate professionals, the Commissioner requires that all Arizona Real Estate License holders provide the Department with a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued pursuant to section A.R.S. §32-2108(C)(2). All licensees should log into their portal to verify their card status on file.

We have partnered with Arizona Livescan and are now offering fingerprinting appointments. Please select an available date and time to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Know Before You Go:
• Must bring Government issued ID
(Valid US Drivers License, State ID Card, US Passport or foreign Passport with valid US Visa)

Full-Service Non-IVP Fingerprinting
• Cost: $109 per applicant
(Includes the $67 AZDPS fee, fingerprint capture, postage, and handling)
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card
(Personal or counter checks are not accepted)

This course aims to focus on the importance and history of the Federal Fair Housing Act and its application in today’s real estate environment. We will discuss how the Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces the Federal Fair Housing Act as well as review the most common discriminatory practices like service and assistive animals and how to best handle a reasonable accommodation request. We will also examine examples of Federal Fair Housing complaints and discuss Federal Fair Housing initiatives and resources.
