This course will address the Arizona Condominium Act, condominium legal classification in Arizona, development of a condo project, restrictions of condominiums and distinction between condominiums and other property types. It will also give an overview of important distinctions of condominiums that consumers should be made aware of based on the unique details involved with condominium transactions.
- Know which laws affect the development, ownership and sales of condos
- Identify issues that pertain to selling new construction condos in the current market
- Know what to look for when working with a buyer or seller of a resale condo
- Condominium review details – Warrantable versus Non-warrantable
