Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Prior to materials being delivered, a 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellation. Once materials have been distributed to the student, a 50% refund will be allowed up to 10 sessions. Following the 10th session, a $30 additional charge for each session attended will be subtracted from any remaining tuition.
- Once materials are dispensed, they cannot be sold as “new” and therefore the school will not accept the return of materials in anticipation of a full refund.
- Returned checks will incur a $50 service charge.

This course will review the roles of and differences between residential and commercial property managers. We will review best practices in tenant relations to improve the agent’s leasing success. Finally, this course will expand on the importance of the property manager’s responsibility to account for funds received and disbursed in the transaction.

Upon completion of this course, you will be familiar with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. This course will identify the differences and similarities between the three credit reporting agencies to know what is included and excluded in a free credit report. We will also review how to properly read a credit report, how to spot errors and who to contact to get errors corrected. Finally, we will investigate the truth behind many credit myths.

Get back to the basics of real estate. This course will familiarize you with the common issues facing agents today, such as speed of the sale, managing multiple offers and inspection issues. We will cover the pre-approval process and offer questions to ask when representing buyers and sellers.

This course meets the standards for the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Requirement, Cycle 7. We will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices.
Note: The Code of Ethics renewal has moved from a 2-year to a 3-year requirement; Cycle 7 began in 2022 and ends in 2024.
